hey everyone, just back from another visit to my new to me 1975 Grampian 26.
I knew I needed to replace the sole, but 3 years on the hard with a little water intrusion (I need to replace the windows, one is broken) the floor stringers are rotted, how hard is that to fix, I'm pretty handy, but I never changed stringers before. I know I won't be able to do anything before spring as everything is frozen over at the moment, but I want to get as much information before I have to do the actual job.

any help will be greatly appreciated.
thanks in advance
