I had the same problem with my 1971 Pearson 33. I looked high and low without success. I fanlly decided to have them built. I used Estate Millworks in PA who specialize in customer wood shutters. They made up mahogany doors top 2/3 louvered and the bottom raised panel, for about $180 each. They also can make them in teak but due to material costs, they would have run about $900 each. Already been delivered and the workmanship is outstanding. Great people to work with. www.estatemillwork.com

I replaced the cabin doors on my pearson 10M several years ago.
I took the measurements, went to a lumber mill and had them cut 2 new boards out of teak. I put the bevil`s on myself. about $280 My doors were solid teak. not louvered. If you need louvered and cant do it yourself Its gonna cost 3 times that

I made new ones myself out of cherry. They look great. The old ones were a little narrow and let wind/rain in past the sides. just made templates, then once I had the fit right made copies out the good stuff.
