C310 -HEAD PROBLEM

Has anyone had a problem with the C310 head backing up even after completely pumpingout?. We have checked the joker valve and the dealer tells us they have not heard of anyproblems with other owners. The manufacturer feels that the holding tank is at a higher levelthan the head and is draining back through the joker valve. Anyone have a fix?

This happened once, and I assumed we had not flushed well enough. Since then we have been very careful and have had no problems.

"Checked" the valve?

You can't always tell when a joker valve is dead by looking at the valve. Replace it if you didn't. Ditto the advice on flushing more - it will help prevent a siphon. A vented loop in the head to tank hose would certainly help the siphon situation if the setup (rather than the valve) is the problem.
