I have a 1994 C22 with a wing keel and thought it might be a good idea to check the torque on the keel bolts. However, I can't find what the torque setting should be anywhere on the web. Does anyone have an idea of what the torque should be or where I can find that info?

Not sure I have heard of anyone needing to retorque their wing keel. Mine is an 87 and is just fine even after a hard trailer landing or two. I will say that if you want a torque contact Catalina directly. They have great support particularly for your Mark II model and I would be leery about trusting internet advice with such a critical component.
