Dear Jim, They say that a person who looks at a boat in the snow, will be sailing in the summer. Last winter my wife and I "clodd-hopped" through dozens of boats shoveling snow and chipping away ice, to gain access to boats that we wanted to look at. We came up with a beautiful 36' boat in February of this past year. We had it surveyed on 02/10/01 with no problem. Sorry that I am not familiar with the boat you are interested in buying, but this is a great time of the year to search for a boat! Good Luck! Jack
