Does anyone know for a fact if any C&C sailboats were built in the US or were they all built in Canada? The boat in question is a 1979 C&C 29. Buyer is in Canada, seller is in the US. Serious difference in taxes if the boat is Canadian vs US built. Vessel is not USCG documented so cannot trace her origin that way. After 24 years the builders' certificate and manufacturers statement of origin are no where to be found.Would appreciate any help.
