Yes, by adding the two drain holes the problem was fixed. As I said, the repair has been contracted by the previous owner of my boat and don't really know in detail the rest of the work he did. This boat has travelled a lot with her primary owner and sailed all the Caribbean and coast of South America by liveaboard. When the owner before me bought the boat (I am the 3rd owner) he makes a lot of works on her because he was planning to lives a few years on the boat in the Caribbean. Every seacock has been removed and the area has been re-cored and fibreglass this is the same thing with every soft or slightly humid spot the surveyor could found on the boat, wanted to start with good bases. I have looked at other pictures of the repairs on the bow and it seems to have a link with the locker problem. This location is just under the locker wet spot and it could have resulted of this proximity.
I think it should be a good idea to make a large job to cover all the areas, more it will sit in time, larger the area to repair will be large and the price too.
