Anyone with a C&C 27 know what is under the bottom panel in the anchor locker? Trying to run down why I see water in the forward bilge area and found the panel while looking at possible places for water access.
So, this is under v berth where there is no hull liner?
Could it be leaking where wiring for nav lights enter deck?
