C-38i7 Water Tanks Flushing?

Hi Fellow Catalina Owners,
I recently purchased a 2003 C-387 and would like to flush and sanitize the 3 water tanks. What is the best way to pump out or drain these tanks? Must I use the water pump, or is there a drain system available? What sanitizers work the best?
