C 30 normal sound for starting a M25 diesel ???

Mine seems to crank real slow like a dead battery would sound in a car. Takes 2 or 3 tries and then it starts and runs fine. Battery appears to be fully charged but I generally have to hook a jump start booster battery to the starter battery to get it going. Maybe I'm expecting the sound that a car makes when it turns over. Do I have a problem?

Starting Problems

Bob, My C30 had the same problem when we purchased the boat. I replaced all the battery cables with the next larger size...end of problem.
