C-27 Edson Wheel Installation Questions.

Hi Everyone,

I am in the process of refitting my 1984 C-27 and I was lucky enough to come across an Edson Pedistal Steering System. Does anyone have any experience in installing a pedistal steering system?

If so, I could use any advice that you can give me, pictures would be fantastic.

Your best bet is to contact Edson. They have schematics for converting many boats from tiller to wheel steering, and include prints, equipment lists, etc. A link to that page is right on their home page.
