C-25 rudder replacement questions

I have been looking for a rudder replacement for a C-25. So far the options I have found are;
Catalina Direct starting at $649 for a blade only standard and outfit it for use with hardware and tiller or $859 for standard w/pintails & tiller. (Other CD options excluded here),
Foss Foam Products of Florida, Inc. www.newrudders.com $650.

I have some questions;
1. Does anyone know of a used rudder available, or a possible source?
2. Will a standard rudder of the “Balanced” design fit on a 1978 C-25?

Any information and/or suggestions will be appreciated.

I received an annotated sketch of their balanced rudder from Foss Foam if anyone is interested.
