Buying a P303

We are in the process of buying a 303 -- our survey is early next week. Aside from that, is there anything specific to the 303 that I should look for (plusses or minusses) ?

A friend had one with a leaking fuel tanks. Was fixable but difficult to remove. Also blisters (fixable).
