Look at the cat 22 asso site
Look on the cat 22 asso site. There is a maint section (tips) that will give you some insight of the boat. The big thing on the cats is the swing keel and deck leaks. So if you buy the swing keel version call catalina direct and order the parts to rebuild it (if over 7 years old and if used a lot or kept in the water) ...all the parts can be had from cat direct.
