I broke the horn cleat on the bow. Anyone know what the correct direct replacement size for this cleat might be ?

You just need to measure the distance between the centerlines of the 2 screws right? Then decide on a plastic or metal replacement

take the one off the mast crutch
I stepped on and broke one last season. I could not find any of the same hole spacing and ended up replacing two to keep things looking balanced. After I finished I looked up and realized that I had a spare all along... on the mast crutch. I would have rather used that one as a replacement original and drilled new holes in the crutch rather than in the boat. Just a thought. -John

I can't get enough. I grew up sailing and racing on the Bay. My little boat sure gets up and moves in the afternoon winds, and boy do we take on water over the deck. On the other hand, it can be a horrible place if you don't know what you are doing. Just a few weeks ago, there were at least two boats lost to the bay, and I am sure that number will climb before the season is over.
