By looking at the picture below (I got it from one of the posts here) not sure if this is a correct way of attaching lugs to the bus bar. Is this acceptable? Shouldn't the lug touch the bus bar?

By looking at the picture below (I got it from one of the posts here) not sure if this is a correct way of attaching lugs to the bus bar. Is this acceptable? Shouldn't the lug touch the bus bar?
Those are the older Blue Sea busbars and the bottom nut is tin plated brass and they were designed to work that way. The nuts were custom, not off the shelf, and the bars rated for 250A continuous. Blue Sea finally changed the design so no more nut on the bottom....
