bung size on Oday 34

Hope someone can save me a trip to the boat. I went over the boat making a list of spring repairs. I need to rebed and oil my toe rails.

Duh! I didn't think to measure what size bungs I need for the toe rail. Does anyone know what size they are?

I should think that pretty much depends what size fastener you use. I bought a set of countersink drill bits from a Woodcraft store. They were the cheapy bit set, but honestly, they've done a good job for me on my mahogany seat replacement on the little boat. Buying bungs, plugs, whatever you want to call them is the way to go unless you have a drill press and band saw. In that case, you could get your own plug cutter...

Sorry. I guess I had it in my head you were putting new toe rails on. If mine ever start leaking, that's the route I'll have to go, there just isn't enough life left in mine...
