Bumper Chafe

Got some hard to remove scuff marks on both sides of my boat’s hull from docking related bumper chafe. Can anyone recommend a product and/or technique for removing these and for cleaning bumpers?Thanks,Matt

I would definitely try Aurora Boat Scrub

Hello,I have had extremely good luck with Aurora Marine's Boat Scrub - I had scuff marks from my mooring that I thought had permanently damaged the topside paint - it scrubbed all the marks off quickly & easily when nothing else would work. Boat U.S. is now stocking it, as is Boaters World. I think a few West Marines are now stocking it, but not all.Usual disclaimers apply. Hope this helps,Bruce

Gummy?

If it's the gummy residue from older fenders, then the quickest method without damage to the gelcoat would be mineral spirits/paint thinner.
