Bulkheads in the Northern need to be replaced as they are rotting. I was thinking of using Aluminum tube HSS 2 x 2 say 3/8 wall and use that to support the weigtht, then use some nice wood to frame it in. I think it would look better then the Marine plywood that is there now. Has anyone done this, and is possible and structuraly sound??
