On Saturday I removed the port Bulkhead. Thought it was going to be much harder thanit was. From Start to laying it on the dock about 2 1/2 hoors.Things I learned along the was. Do not use a Roto Zip. It is very hard to get into the angle that you need. Almost put a hole in the hull. I then took a sharp wood chisel and it went very fast.It had shown tor at the very top and the bottom. When it was removed found most of the bulkhead that is along the hull was rotted away. Only the top bolt hole on the chainplate was bad. The whole bulkhead was just floating in place. This damage was due to leaking chain plate. The other side was fine with no leak.
