Bulkhead Door?

I have a 1989 Hunter 33.5 sailboat. There is a curved entrance-way in the bulkhead between the salon and the head area. The older boats appear to had a door in this opening, but it disappeared around 1988. There is still a felt gasket surrounding the opening, despite the absence of a door.

Does anyone know if there was an optional door available or has anyone designed and installed a custom one?

I have a 1988 33.5 and there is no sign that a door was ever there... I also have the felt gasket in place.

I too have a 1988 33.5 and there is no door. Been on several other 33.5s and never saw one with a door.
