The main bulkhead on my Hunter 25.5 rotted and I'm replacing it with new plywood. Does anyone know how the chainplate for the shrouds ties in to the bulkhead? A picture would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry if I've missed something but I would just duplicate what is there. Typically, the chainplate is attached to the bulkhead with several bolts and washers; use the old one as a template. I've also seen additional 1/2"-5/8" x 2-3" wide strips of hardwood used as a backing plate to the bulkhead.
