I have just over filled the boats fuel tank . Now the tank has raised the aft cabin bed panels. . Believe the vent line is loaded but it is higher then fill cap . Is this going to cause engine problems , air lock. New boat first time filling

NO

But don't make that mistake again because could put too much pressure on tank and how it is mounted in place but should no cause any problems running engine.
But also when heeling could spill fuel out vent which has happened to me and did not over fill like you did.

It will not cause problems running the engine but if need to bring those panels down before you burn enough fuel, just siphon or pump some fuel off into a jerrycan through the fuel intake.

Which marina are you in Penetang. We were at BayMoorings for 8 years and just moved up to Parry Sound this May. Did you buy White Pines by chance? Saw it for sale for a while.
