Building Lazy Jacks

Is is less expensive to build my own lazy jacks or spend between $125 and $175 for someone else to gather the equipment needed to do complete the project.If it is less exspenisve to do it myself, what is the parts list I will need and an Idea for placement on the mast and Boom.So I guess I am asking if anyone has done or has plans for making a lazy jack system for an O'Day 25?I cannot see spending $150 for this. It loks like I can do it for less.EJ Tews

Lazy Jack Parts

There might be a less expensive way. The only thing I know from comparison shopping is that buying the parts separate costs about the same as buying a "kit". Within a few dollars for Harken.The only difference is the kit comes with information for installation .
