Building a wooden cradle for a 22'

Has anyone built a cradle for a 22' deep keel sailboat to haul it on a flat bed trailer? I would appreciate any ideas on the subject.

Can't offer a lot but here's a picture of my Capri 22 on the trailer. I'd bet you could do something similar, if somewhat beefier, out of wood. Note that most of the weight is on the keel, not on the stands; they mostly keep it from falling over. If you can make the pads on the stands adjustable it might be worth doing.
