I am wondering where to get proper dimensions for the location of supports when building a trailer to fit an Oday 272 LE. I am building new and want to be able to launch and load by myself. Someone told me the manufacturer might have the dimensions avaiable, but I have been unable to find. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Tom

If you can't find the information, you might try what I did. I stumbled across a boat just like mine on a trailer down at a fairly local marina. (Only an hour away!) I showed up with a camera, a tape measure and a sketch book. Also, look up Sumner on this website. He's has more than a little experience scratch building trailers. He'll have some pretty good insight.

Does anyone have any experience with corrosion on the top of the wing portion of the keel on a 1989 oday 272. This one is bubbled up 1/2" in some areas. Owner says this is common because the lead is incased in steel and the steel is corroding. Any comments? Potential problems? Thanks, Tom
