Where does one obtain a builder's certificate or /manufacturers plate/ or Facts of Build Letter on a Catalina 320. Am in the process of selling our sailboat and the buyer is asking for this. I believe this is needed for the importation to Canada from the US. I am the third owner and does not have any of these...

You can get a single vessel compliance label from Transport Canada. Just follow the instruction in the link below. Fill out the form, send $5 cheque and 4 photos (bow, stern, side, and cockpit).
