Bug Netting Install on Boat Pics....

If there is any interest I got the pictures up on our site showing...



...the bug netting we made at home installed on the boat. I've never seen it, but I'm sure someone must of done it before, but the bug netting doesn't attach to the sides of the bimini/dodge, but hangs under them...



...on common sense fasteners that ride on the straps above that are on the dodger/bimini frames.

The netting went up and down in a few minutes and I think we will be happy with it, but time will tell.

pretty cool, Sumner!

On our little boat, we now have wood frames with screens for the companionway (top and back) and the front hatch. For the cockpit, we bought a 6'x6' net tent for cheap a couple of years back, but we haven't got around to fitting it to cover the cockpit.

It doesn't matter much anyway - the worst mosquitoes this year have been in our big-city back-yard :doh:
