Broken Stanchions

... I just found out that this past winter was really bad on my 23' O'Day. It was shrink wrapped but unfurtunatelly not enough roof pitch, the heavy snow accumulated and three of the stanchions broke the supporting fiberglass, does anyone have an easy fix for this problem?, should I put an steel supporting plate and build up the rest with fiberglass?help!!!I am selling this boat and need to fix it right.
