Broken Rudder

I have a 68 C22 with about 2/3 of my rudder left. I am going to haul her soon and am interested in repairing it. What are my options? Salvageyard or foamcore and glass? I would like to do it my self if possible. Where is a good place to look for replacements? I am in the tampa bay area and will appreciate any help.

Hi Robert - Try IdaSailor Marine. Talk to Joel Santarone 866-400-2204. They specialize in rudders and have lot of patterns. If they don't have one for the C22 - he can work with you on building a new one. They are an excellent company to work with and are very resonably priced. Best of luck to you!
