Looking for an engine for Bristol 27. Plan on using the well. Wondering what engine other Bristol 27 owners are using. Want to make sure it will fit and will have enough hp. (It had a Johnson 9.9 )

I'm using a 5hp Mercury 4 stroke. It has a 25" shaft and is on an adjustable Panther Bracket which has a 14" swing.

See picture taken during winter when I wasn't sailing much.
