Our boat is a O'Day 272 with a Z-Spar Mast. At the base of the mast of several sheaves for leading the halyard, reefing, and assorted lines back to the cockpit. These sheaves at the base of the mast are cracked and generally poor condition. Does anyone have any experience replacing the sheaves and if so, how difficult was it to remove/replace them and is it important to use
