It is evidently a combination of tung and linseed oil with some other treatments. Rather than try to state everything, access american tar and rope website. Local shipwright recommends..

Sounds interesting. For your boat? Interior or exterior?

I use it and like it. More like varnish than straight oil. It's fairly soft, so it's flexible. Goes on easily. Apparently used by the French navy.

On the tall ship I volunteer on we use a combination of penetrol and mineral spirits on blocks that we scrape and sound down to bare wood. 3 Coats of 100% penetrol- then 4 coats of 75% penetrol and 25% mineral spirits. If we want it really shiny we finish with 75% spar varnish and 25% mineral spirits. The wood is not teak though

I haven't used it myself, but have read positive reviews for ease of use and longevity.
