Brightening up hull paint?

Would turtle wax be o.k?

I used 3m

I used 3m wax I got at Walmart in the marine section for light oxidation. It is half the price of West Marine. My hull is white not red.

Don't use colored wax

Have used Turtle wax out of a can and bottle. Not sure how it shows over a painted hull but on a white or light color the green will cast a tint. I now use only beige or white wax. Maybe TW comes in something other than the green.
