Brewers is an east coast company..

that owns a whole flock of boatyards and (I THINK) some marinas with 'em...mostly in New England.

17 Marinas, in all...

...and one in negotiations, from what I understand. If you summer at a Brewer's yard, you earn 4 free nights at any other Brewer's Yard. If you winter there also, make it 6 nights. This adds up in value if you travel a lot in your boat. And after the six nights are exhausted, they are half price. Most (15) are located from NYC to the Cape Cod Canal (2 North of the canal), 4 are in Narragansett Bay. So cruising Southern N.E. reaps those benefits in addition to the wonderful cruising grounds. Check out the link below.

my opinion

I purchased my hunter31 several years ago at the westbrook brewer's. I am now at a private slip closer to home. However if there was one nearby I would be there hands down. they are a very professional outfit with knowledgable staff. You can't go wrong. PS the westbrook location (exit 65 on I-95) has a pool and clubhouse w/ many social activities during the summer, if that interests you.

Make That 18...

As I was browsing Brewer's web site, I discovered that the have just recently closed on #18 at the N/W end of Long Island.
