I would like to know if anybody here has installed a new electical breaker panel on their boat? I just got mine from CD and after looking at the rat's nest again behind the old one, I got concerned that I may be in for a workout. I'd like to clean it all up and make 90 degree runs through some type of wire tie or organizer with labels on each wire. Any help or pics would be appreciated. BTW this is for a 29 yr old C27. Thank you ahead of time. RD

and our C34 Association website and others (C30, C36, etc.) are glad to record their work. Try this: http://www.c34.org/projects/projects-building-electrical-panel.htm I'm sure if you take before and during and after pictures, and write up your efforts, your class association would be pleased to publish it on the web, or you can put it on your own website, and then, when the same question is asked next year, you can say: "Shazam! Here ya go!" Good luck, it's NOT as daunting as it looks, because you have to take it wire-by-wire - there are NO shortcuts.
