I 2nd Twin Dolphins, it is located in downtown Bradenton within reach of shops and restaurants. Amenities include a swimming pool with a nice clubhouse building with showers. The downside is it is located about 5nm up the Manatee River so it takes about an hour to get to open water sailing in Tampa Bay. The river has strong tidal currents so do not get a slip open to the bridge.
