The bowsprit was not rigged when I bought my Hunter 29.5 and I downloaded the owner's manual from this website but it says see diagram H29D2020 for pole detail. There is no diagram by that number and I contacted Hunter and they did not have info either. Does anyone have a diagram how to run lines? I can not figure this out.

So Many

Hunter doesn't make bowsprits but I think they make one for
the newer 36 I think.
So many bowsprits are made and even some make home made ones,
maybe some photo's or maybe a name on the bowsprit possible.

I sail a 29.5 (1996) and it does not have a bowsprit. Do you mean something else?

No it is an option for flying an asymmetrical spinnaker. It is on the left side where one of the anchor rollers was located. It is about a 4" aluminum pole that retracts when not in use but extends about 4' when ready to use the spinnaker.

I am not sure, the boat is about 4 hours away but I don't remember seeing a name.

Look at the Selden information:

Thsi may not be what you have but it could give you some ideas.
The tube is similar but mine has the aft end tucked into the anchor well and the tube itself runs where the port anchor roller was. This was an option from Hunter but I am trying to figure out how to post the diagrams Hunter included in the owner's manual.
