Does anyone know where I can find a replacement bow roller for a Beneteau First 325? The original cast aluminium has cracked.

Not an easy task. The original roller had no identification on it so :
On to the net and every marine store going until I came to one that was close to the original dimensions. I'd suggest starting with the Sailboat Owners Store here.

Do you mean the roller itself or the stemhead fitting? Beneteau Spare Parts usually carries items like that, and they do have bit the roller and the stemhead cataloged, but they show as Not Available. The roller itself might be easy enough to source elsewhere or even get machined from the dimensions. The stemhead would be tougher.
Don't you just hate it when someone asks a question and then never responds to answers or suggestions?
I suspect it's the stemhead fitting - the roller is not aluminum. Beneteau USA may carry them (I got a new mast step plate last year) Ward Richardson is generally responsive. w.richardson@beneteau.com

There is a guy,has a parrot as a mascot on the website that custom makes any roller.Price is reasonable
