Bought 2 of these solar panels

They look very similar to the ones I've seen offered around, and just like the Renogy solar panel I have (mine is a 100w so it's a little smaller in size). I've had no issues with mine, though mine is a Mono instead of Poly. Price seems right in line too, in proportion to wattage with what I've seen others go for, that aren't the upper end. Assuming you have a controller to go along with it (some are sold as a kit that include it), I imagine they'll perform just fine.

Jared, are you mounting them aft and above the helm much like a Bimini or off the transom? I'd like to go solar but am having a difficult time with the best place to mount them on a H31. Please keep me posted how it goes.

I bought a Renogy 100 watt panel that's going on top of my dodger. I'll post pics ones its installed. Still waiting on some parts.

I wanted them to be mounted over my head to act as a bimini but am running out of time. So im defaulting to the lifelines. Might add a hard tube between the stations to act as a stronger mounting point. These panels are just the right size to fit. I'll post pics of them too to show how they look.

Thanks,
-Jared
