Bottom Paint Swing Keel

I have a 1977 O'Day Swing Keel model. I'll be putting the boat in salt water this year and want to bottom paint the hull first. The boat is on a trailer. How can I access the keel to paint it? Thanks!

There are two ways that I know of. One is to let the cb down as far as you can. The other is to paint it wile its on a lift (which I did).
