When I hauled my boat earlier this week(87 30TR), the paint was blistered(not the boat) in a few places down to the barrier coat (white). What is the proper procedure for repainting over the barrier coat? do I just dull the barrier coat and re paint?? Also, can anyone recommend someone to shrink wrap my boat in Fairfield, CT? I've contacted Marine Sports Center, they want $14/foot without framing!?!
