I bought a 1986 Catalina 25 and had it hauled to get the bottom painted. After 6 months the moisture reading is still 17.3... The boat is in overall really good condition but want to know if I should be concerned that my moisture level is somewhat high. My guy does not want to paint it until it reaches 7. I want to go sailing but want the proper job done. Any suggestions , remarks will be helpful. Thanks, Chuck
