Bottom paint for Lake Ontario

I need to paint the bottom of my Cat. 22, and will be using it on Lake Ontario. What do others use that sail on Ontario, for bottom paint. I seem to be lost on this topic. Thanks Dale

Bottom Paint

Hi Dale,I kept my Catatlina Capri 22 at Fair Haven on Lake Ontario last summer. I used Interlux VC17M and it seemed to work well. It is easy to apply, and preparation is minimal between coats. I encountered a small amount of scum around the waterline on the boat by the end of summer, but none elswhere. You may want to see if it is compatable with the bottom paint you are using now(if any).Steve

Steve, I have heare from others that VC 17m is the way to go. Thanks for you responce and I will use this in the spring Dale
