84 mac 22, bottom looks like this, the white is gel, I think, that is where the trailer bunks sit, then there's a layer of blue then layer of black.
Boat will be in a slip, okay to just slap on a new layer for now for the summer?
Also, picked up a used sail, luff is about right length but foot is 8 inches too long. Thinking about add a new grommet 8 inches from the existing clew , will that work? Will be adding sail slugs too. Otherwise I'll just bite the bullet and order a new sail. Looks like it's a Catalina 22 sail. I have until Friday to return this one.
