Bottom Paint Amount O'day 26

Will a gallon do the bottom of my O'day 26?

Yes. I've used both West Marine's cheapest hard paint (made by Pettit) and Pettit's Hydrocoat, and in both cases was able to put two coats on.

I've done the bottom and rudder but not the centerboard or cavity (yet).
