I need to go up the mast to replace the anchor light and spreader light but I am not sure which pulley I should use. Is there one that is to be used for such an occation on a Morgan 33' Out Islander? Appreciate any help. Daniel

You should use one of the pulleys that are at the top of the mast. Main halyard would be my choice.

Jim's right, Dan; definitely the main halyard. Everything on that system is sturdy enough to handle your weight with ease, and you have a winch right there to assist with the lifting. We do it with 2 helpers: one to operate the winch, and another to keep tension on the bitter end that gets wrapped around a cleat for security. Jim The Merry Bee
