Bosch Ignition Switch

Hi all (from a rather damp Halifax NS) anyone have a diagram or know much about these switches? Has anyone replaced theirs? Thanks

You do not need a Bosch switch. Any good auto parts store will have brass Cole-Hersee ignition switches at a reasonable price. Commonly ther are off.run,start but 4 position switches are also available. All you have to do is check how many connections yours has to find a replacement.

I replaced the ignition switch with a push button (armed by a toggle switch below deck).

I always felt unhappy with an ignition key so low on the companionway bulkhead; very easy to shear off if stepped on.
