Hi to all: I have had my 1966, DS I for about 4 years, and the boat did not have a boom vang. So, I decided that now is the time to add that to my boat, especially for stability in the Oklahoma winds. I went online to DRMarine and purchased the DS I, boom vang. This was on a Monday evening, so they could not have seen the order until Tuesday morning at the earliest. I received the boom vang with the mail on Friday. Only four days after they received the order. Being the non-handyman that I am, I was able to install the boom vang with little or no trouble. (I do have an extra hole in my mast, but that is another story all together) So, now I am set with a new boom vang and I just wanted to tell all about the good and fast service that I received from DRMarine.
