I have had (2) Oday 22s and now have an Oday 25 which all had a unique nico-press-like ball and steel wire hook-up to the boom from the boom vang. My new Oday 25 does have this fitting on the boom but I do not have this steel wire with sachle on one end and steel ball on the other end and I am struggling to find a similar way to use the existing hook-up on the boom. I would rather not replace with a bale. Can anyone help me ?
